** We are requiring a $50 deposit up front on processing. ** We have limited freezer space. There is a $2.00 per day storage charge on all venison not picked up within 10 days of pick-up date. ** If storage charges exceed the Processing charges - your venison will be donated to SPORTSMEN AGAINST HUNGER. ** Prices were posted October 20, 2014, and are subject to change.

Smoked Meat prices are on raw weight. We experience 20% loss on smokies and trail bologna, 50% loss on jerky, no loss on summer sausage.
